The Partnachklamm at Garmisch

PartnachklammThe Partnachklamm was explained already 1912 as a natural monument, annual over 200.000 visitors come to this special attraction of nature beauty charms. In the culture summer of  2003, it served for the first time as wild-romantic smuggler background for the free light mountain drama “the woman devil”.      For visiting this beautiful nature play, you start from the Olympia ski stadium, in which the New Year ski jumping annually takes place.

From there, you walk up for 25 minutes or go by horse coach - depending upon taste - pass the Wildenau to Klamm. The Partnachklamm has a length of approximately 800 meters, a rise of approximately 90 meters and is accessible also in the winter. At this season the Klamm often forms bizarre ice sculptures at the walls, which give a special attraction Klamm.
